Medium wave Quartz Tubular heating Element | Radiant Heaters

The maximum operating temperature of medium wave infrared Heater is 900, using the resistance wire of Fe-Cr-Al or Ni-Cr as the Heating Element. The quartz glass tube is used as the jacket protection. The color temperature is approximately 1800K. The wavelength is between 2.2 and 3.5 micrometers. Because its main radiation band is located in the medium-wave area, it is most suitable for drying and is widely used in various fields such as Industrial drying, water-based coatings, water-based varnishes, water-based resins, water-based inks, glass, resins, plastics, papermaking, etc.
In order to improve the directional radiation performance, we can gold-plate or whiten the quartz tube on half of its surface. Or according to customers’ requirements or drawings, we can produce special-shaped infrared medium-wave heaters.The cross section of a single-tube quartz tubular element can be ID8*OD10, ID10*OD12,ID14*OD17,ID17*OD20 and ID28*OD34, etc. Service life up to 5000 hours.
Bitube Quartz Tubular Elements: The use of double-tube quartz tubes has high mechanical strength, and a single radiator can reach up to 6m in length. The service life can be more than 5000 hours.
The power, voltage, length, etc. of the heater can be made according to customers’ requirements or drawings. It can be classified into two usages: horizontal use and vertical use.
